What This Role Is Really About:

As a Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for shaping content direction across platforms from ideation to execution. You'll work closely with creators, editors, and distribution teams to ensure every piece of content is platform-native, trend-aware, and built for reach, engagement, and impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Developing content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
2. Researching trends, formats, memes, and audience behavior
3. Creating content calendars, themes, and storytelling frameworks
4. Ideating hooks, formats, captions, and narrative angles
5. Collaborating with creators, video editors, and designers
6. Optimizing content based on performance data and insights
7. Ensuring brand voice, tone, and platform relevance
8. Supporting branded campaigns and organic content initiatives

You're a Great Fit If You:

1. Have 1+ year of experience in content strategy, social media.
2. Deeply understand short-form and long-form content formats
3. Are trend-aware and plugged into internet culture
4. Can think creatively while staying data-driven
5. Communicate ideas clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
6. Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
7. Have experience working with creators, media pages, or brands (a big plus)
