Role Overview
We are hiring a Content Strategist & Lead who can conceptualize, script, and drive high-quality educational and brand content for Instagram, YouTube, and ads. This is a high-impact role working directly with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
Create monthly content strategy & calendar (reels, shorts, ads, photoshoots).
Script 2025 engaging short videos per month (Ayurveda + skincare).
Lead weekly shoot sessions with Founder.
Build storyboards, hooks, and campaign ideas (acne, hairfall, sunscreen, perfume, etc.).
Collaborate with design, social media, and UGC teams.
Review analytics and optimize content performance.
Requirements
36 years in content creation/strategy (beauty, skincare, Ayurveda preferred).
Passion for storytelling, brand communication & trends.
Strong understanding of Instagram/YouTube content formats.
Excellent writing skills in English & Hindi/Hinglish.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.
