Rayan Malhotra is a popular entrepreneur & 2X influencer. As an RBI awarded fintech entrepreneur he's built & scaled digital fintech products used by the indian youth. As a creator he previously scaled a YouTube channel to 1MN+ and now talks on instagram about Business, finance & AI to 250K followers & millions of views.

We're now looking to expand this into a larger creator-led media business, with multiple content properties, YouTube channels, educational courses, and other monetisation opportunities.

• Content & Strategy: Research, ideate and script compelling content for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Organic Growth: Drive audience acquisition, engagement and retention through content strategy, platform insights and experimentation.
• Performance Marketing: Plan and execute Meta and Google campaigns to grow audiences, generate leads and drive course sales and conversions.
• Content Operations: Manage the end-to-end content pipeline, including shoots, editors, publishing and analytics.
• New IPs & Monetisation: Help launch new content properties and drive growth for courses, sponsorships and brand collaborations.
• Team Leadership: Build AI-first workflows, manage creative resources and progressively recruit and lead the team.
  

• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, social media and / or digital marketing.
• Excellent research, storytelling and scriptwriting skills (English and Hinglish).
• Proven experience growing Instagram/YouTube audiences organically.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimisation and performance analytics.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, audience psychology, content distribution and conversion funnels.
• Proficiency with AI tools for research, content creation and marketing automation.
• Experience working with creators, personal brands or digital media businesses is preferred.
