Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured market research to understand customer behaviour, category dynamics and competitor positioning
- Identify insights that inform brand voice, positioning and content direction
- Build clear content strategies and frameworks for multiple brands
- Develop content calendars aligned with brand and business objectives
- Write platform-specific scripts, posts, thought-leadership and long-form content
- Ensure messaging clarity, narrative consistency and strategic alignment across channels
- Track performance metrics and extract learnings to improve recall and impact
- Run structured experiments to test hooks, formats, tone and narrative direction
- Translate insights into actionable creative direction for design and production
- Work closely with founders, CXOs and internal teams to align expectations and outputs
- Maintain quality standards across all accounts while managing timelines
- Contribute to building processes, workflows and internal systems as the team scales
- Bring a problem-solving, ownership mindset to evolving priorities and real-time challenges
Skills + Qualifications:
- Prior experience incontent strategy, brand building or social-led marketing(ideally1+ year)
- Demonstrated ability to structure thinking and write with clarity
- Strong market research and insight generation
- Understanding of consumer behaviour and category psychology
- Strategic, platform-aware writing
- Ability to connect content to business outcomes
- Analytical approach to performance and iteration
