Role Description
- Use Content to drive brand awareness about Beshak and its mission.
- Own the content strategy and execution for LinkedIn for the brand and the founder.
- This is a role for Content creators who love think, plan, and execute themselves.
- Develop a distinct voice and strategy for each profile Beshak's brand page and the founder's personal presence have different audiences
- Stay current on algorithm changes and act on them quickly
- Use AI tools effectively to work faster without losing authenticity.
- Writing video scripts, writing on Twitter is an added advantage
- Full-time, individual contributor role reporting directly to the Founder and CEO
- Mumbai preferred, open to anywhere in India
Qualifications
Must have:
- 2 to 4 years in content strategy with hands-on focus on LinkedIn
- An active, growing personal presence on LinkedIn that you've built yourself
- Proven experience helping B2C brands grow organically on these platforms with results you can point to
- Strong writing ability across formats posts, threads, long-form, and short copy
- Up-to-date knowledge of how algorithms actually work
- Comfort using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
- Financial services or fintech experience is preferred
What will not work:
- Theoretical knowledge without real execution experience
- Planners who brief others but don't write themselves
- Candidates without an active and growing personal social media presence
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to share their social handles, brand work samples, and complete a paid writing assignment.
