Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Content Specialist to join our team on-site at our Delhi office. The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging web content, strategizing content plans, managing content workflows, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Day-to-day duties include drafting and editing content, maintaining a content calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing content performance to improve its effectiveness.

The candidate should be skilled and imaginative content thinker who can craft engaging and impactful content across multiple platforms. The candidate should have a strong command of language and the ability to adapt tone and style as per brand needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clear, compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns

Develop brand voice and messaging frameworks

Create scripts and copies for ads, videos, and digital campaigns

Research industry trends and create relevant content

Edit and proofread content for accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

35 years of experience in content writing or copywriting

Excellent written communication and storytelling skills

Experience in digital marketing and social media content

Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
