Job Description

The Mission: Build the operating system for the future of AI-powered entertainment.

About Us

Our journey at Dashverse began with a simple question: what if AI could power the next generation of entertainment As a Series A company backed by leading investors like Peak XV, Matrix, and Stellaris, we first redefined storytelling with Dashtoon, our revolutionary AI comics creation and distribution platform. Now, with Dashreels, we are creating a new universe of short-form video, pairing addictive short dramas with our own game-changing AI-generated originals. We're on a mission to become the world's go-to destination for compelling, short-form narrative content.

Role Overview

Dashverse is building a high-volume, fast-moving microdrama platform, and this role sits at the core of making content live. As a Content Operations Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and publishing shows on the app with speed and precision.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is obsessive about accuracy, organization, and scale - you'll ensure every piece of content is correctly titled, tagged, formatted, and published without errors.

Key Responsibilities

Content Sourcing & Ingestion

  • Source microdrama content from approved platforms and partners
  • Collect and organize video assets, episode breakdowns, thumbnails, and related materials
  • Ensure completeness of content packages before sharing it with the relevant teams for dubbing

Metadata & Catalog Management

  • Ensure accuracy of metadata including:
  • Titles, episode names, descriptions
  • Genres, tags, language
  • Maintain consistency in naming conventions, formatting, and taxonomy across the platform

Publishing & CMS Management

  • Upload and publish content via internal CMS/tools
  • Ensure correct sequencing of episodes, thumbnails, and playback assets
  • Validate content post-publish (QA live pages for errors, mismatches, or missing elements)

Quality Control

  • Perform end-to-end QC before and after publishing:
  • Video playback, audio sync, subtitles
  • Metadata accuracy and formatting
  • Identify and fix inconsistencies proactively

Tracking & Workflow Management

  • Maintain trackers for the content pipeline and metadata
  • Ensure deadlines are met for content drops and releases

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Flag missing assets, broken files, or unclear metadata
  • Communicate blockers clearly and follow through until resolution

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience, preferably in operations management
  • Fluency in English or Hindi
  • Attention to detail (non-negotiable)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of content
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and structured data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment with tight timelines
  • Problem-solving mindset with high ownership

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in content operations, OTT platforms, or digital media
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms or metadata systems
  • Interest in microdramas, short-form content, or streaming ecosystems

What Success Looks Like

  • High volume of content published with near-zero errors
  • Fast turnaround from sourcing to publishing
  • Proactive identification of gaps and process improvements
