CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Content Marketing Manager who can independently own key content channels and drive measurable growth in organic traffic, AI visibility, qualified leads, engagement, and conversions. Your responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of our blog, website management, and key content initiatives, while working closely with the team lead on high-impact content-led growth initiatives.

Responsibilities


  • Website Content and Management:
    • Own and scale high-impact landing pages, create and optimize website content to drive organic growth and conversions.
    • Run focused experiments across key landing pages to achieve business objectives.
  • AI Visibility and Brand Growth:
    • Create content designed to improve brand visibility across search engines and generative search platforms (AEO/GEO), ensuring Paperpal is referenced and ranks effectively across modern discovery channels.
  • Blog and Content Distribution:
    • Plan, create, and publish high-intent content like listicles, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, case studies, and thought leadership articles
    • Own publishing schedules, handle SEO/GEO optimizations, and run conversion-focused experiments across the blog.
    • Run content distribution and growth experiments across Reddit, Medium, Trustpilot, and other third-party networks to increase branded search and direct traffic
  • Marketing Collateral:
    • Produce and maintain high-quality marketing collateral including one-pagers, explainers, brochures, and sales enablement assets.
    • Work closely with product and marketing to ensure messaging consistency across marketing and sales materials.
  • Webinar Content Support:
    • Execute webinar-related content, including promotions, pre- and post-event materials, and thought leadership content tied to key sessions.
    • Turn webinar discussions, panels, and key insights into standalone content distributed across channels to maximize the value of each event.
  • AI-Enabled Content Production:
    • Use AI tools to improve content research, ideation, repurposing workflows and streamline operational processes
    • Build systems to transform one core insight into multiple content formats across channels and for different audiences
  • Performance and Reporting:
    • Track and report content performance across channels using analytics tools proactively identify growth opportunities and deliver regular optimization recommendations
    • Collaborate with freelancers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Qualifications and Prerequisites


Must Have Skills :

  • 3-5 years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a product-led SaaS or EdTech company
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with demonstrated ability to produce content tailored to different audiences and platforms
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, CMS platforms (WordPress/Strapi), Google Analytics, and tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Exp with content distribution channels like Reddit and Medium
  • Proven ability to independently own content channels, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and drive initiatives toward business objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and clear communication skills

Good to Have Skills :

  • Familiarity with AI content tools and a genuine interest in evolving how content is researched, produced, and distributed
  • Experience creating infographics or short-form video content is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
