Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Content Leader to drive global thought leadership, executive narratives, and multi-format content initiatives. This role will oversee technical content development while shaping high-impact storytelling across thought leadership, website, PR/editorial, and strategic campaigns
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global content strategy in partnership with brand and business leadership, supporting market positioning, ABM programs, launches, and thought leadership.
- Oversee development of all content formats including thought leadership papers, whitepapers, POVs, blogs, research reports, website content, and executive narratives.
- Guide and review technical content created by internal contributors, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.
- Translate complex technology and business concepts into clear, compelling, executive-ready storytelling.
- Create narratives and editorial content to support PR, media engagement, and CXO visibility.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging generative technologies to enhance content research, production efficiency, personalization, and performance insights.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams in USA, APAC and MEA across global markets to support content development
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry developments to continuously evolve and refine our thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in content marketing in a combination of Content Publishing, Content Marketing, Industry Reporting and with high-growth B2B technology environment
- Proven track record of producing original thought leadership content with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains such as digital infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or workplace transformation.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize research, data, and market trends into actionable narratives.
- Demonstrated experience managing contributors or small content teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
