Job Description

Next Step HR is hiring (on behalf of a leading digital media holding company, a Strategic and commercially driven National Sales Head to lead the Influencer & Branded Content business across India. Focus on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and building high-performing sales teams for a leading digital media holding company.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the national sales strategy and revenue targets
  • Lead and scale a multi-region sales team
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across brands and agencies
  • Drive influencer marketing, endorsements, and branded content deals
  • Collaborate with content and strategy teams to create sellable solutions
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Identify new revenue opportunities aligned with market trends
  • Work closely with leadership to scale the business vertical

Requirements

  • 12+ years in media sales, influencer marketing, or branded content
  • Proven success closing high-value partnerships
  • Strong network across brands and agencies
  • Experience building and leading sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
