Role Overview
Were looking for a
Head of Sales to spearhead DoubleTicks revenue growth and lead our next phase of expansion across India and the Middle East.
This role demands a strategic, data-driven sales leader who can build, scale, and lead a high-performing team driving both direct enterprise sales and channel partnerships

Roles and Responsibilities
Own The Sales Strategy
Design and execute DoubleTicks go-to-market and revenue strategy across India and international markets.
Lead & Scale The Sales Team
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales organization focused on acquisition, retention, and upsell.
Drive Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through enterprise and mid-market customer acquisition.
Channel & Partner Development
Identify and nurture key partnerships to expand DoubleTicks footprint and accelerate adoption.
Forecasting & Performance
Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, track KPIs, and drive operational excellence using CRM analytics.
Market Intelligence
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes related to WhatsApp Business API and CRM solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create a seamless customer journey and feedback loop.
Strategic Leadership
Represent DoubleTick at key client meetings, industry forums, and events to build visibility and credibility.
What You Bring
812 years of experience in
B2B SaaS / CRM / MarTech / Communication Platform sales.
Proven record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of enterprise and mid-market sales cycles
, especially in tech-driven environments.
Experience in building and managing partner/channel ecosystems
Strong data orientation comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort working in an agile, fast-scaling startup.
