Job Description

Location: Hyderabad, On-Site

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed weekly off)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience: 1-4 years (Designation varies)

About the Role

As a Content Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible for building and running this engine end-to-end, from spotting what will work, to producing it fast, to making sure it actually converts. This role sits at the intersection of content, distribution, and growth. You should be comfortable being behind the strategy, inside the execution, and occasionally in front of the camera.

What You'll Own

1. Build & Run the Content Engine

  • Plan and execute a high-volume, always-on content pipeline across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Move beyond calendars → think in terms of content velocity, iterations, and formats that scale
  • Identify repeatable content formats that can consistently generate reach + engagement

2. Auxiliary Channels for Lead Gen

  • Build and experiment with non-primary channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, niche pages, student communities, etc.) to drive inbound interest
  • Turn high-performing content into lead funnels, not just views
  • Work closely with performance and sales teams to ensure content → leads → conversions loop is tight

3. Content Production (Speed + Volume)

  • Ideate, shoot, and execute short-form content quickly — without over-dependence on large production setups
  • Work with students, alumni, and creators to generate authentic, scalable UGC
  • Either edit yourself or drive editors with clear direction and fast feedback loops

4. Be the Face (When Needed)

  • Comfortable appearing on camera for explainer content, hooks, or quick-turn videos
  • Not about being an influencer — about communicating clearly and making content feel real
  • Ability to translate ideas into simple, watchable narratives

5. Community-Led Growth

  • Identify and activate student creators, alumni voices, and internal champions
  • Build systems for consistent community-driven content output
  • Run challenges, prompts, and formats that encourage participation at scale

6. Performance & Iteration

  • Track what actually works: retention, shares, saves, leads — not vanity metrics
  • Break down winning content and turn it into repeatable playbooks
  • Ship fast, learn faster, and double down on what moves the needle

Skills & Attributes

  • 1–4 years in content marketing, social media, or growth roles
  • Proven experience growing a page or building content systems (not just posting consistently)
  • Strong instinct for what works on short-form video (hooks, pacing, relatability)
  • Comfortable with 0→1 and 1→100 scaling environments
  • Hands-on mindset — you can ideate, shoot, and execute without waiting on perfect conditions
  • Basic editing skills (CapCut, VN, Canva) or strong coordination with editors
  • Comfortable on camera (this is non-negotiable)
  • Clear thinking + bias for action > over-polished planning

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a social media manager who just schedules posts
  • Not a branding-only role disconnected from business outcomes
  • Not a slow, approval-heavy setup

What You'll Actually Build

  • A repeatable content engine that drives consistent reach
  • New distribution + lead gen channels beyond ads

A system where content doesn't just go viral — it converts
