Note:

  • We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Lead who can own and scale the organization's entire digital content ecosystem - including social media, website content, content strategy, and distribution.

This role goes beyond managing social platforms. You will define how the brand communicates, build high-impact content strategies, manage execution end-to-end, and ensure content directly contributes to brand positioning, audience growth, lead generation, and business outcomes.

You will work closely with leadership, marketing, sales, HR, and design teams to translate business goals into powerful content narratives and scalable growth strategies.

A core expectation in this role is strong hands-on expertise with Gen-AI tools, content systems, and modern workflows to enhance creativity, speed, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Define and execute a comprehensive content and social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Build platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms.
  • Translate business objectives into content themes, campaigns, and messaging frameworks.
  • Drive brand voice, positioning, and storytelling consistency across all channels.

Content Strategy & Creative Leadership

  • Own end-to-end content strategy (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
  • Lead creation of:
  • Social media content (posts, reels, carousels, videos)
  • Long-form content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers)
  • Website content (landing pages, product pages, brand messaging)
  • Ensure high-quality storytelling, clarity, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Be hands-on in content writing, editing, and content direction.
  • Build thought leadership content for founders and leadership team.

Website & Content Ecosystem Management

  • Own and optimize the company website as a core content and conversion channel.
  • Manage landing pages, blogs, and content structure aligned with SEO and user experience.
  • Ensure website content supports lead generation, engagement, and brand authority.
  • Continuously improve performance through content updates, testing, and analytics.

Platform Management & Growth

  • Own and manage all social media platforms and ensure consistent growth in:
  • Reach
  • Engagement
  • Followers
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms and content distribution strategies.
  • Optimize content based on performance insights and trends.
  • Drive organic growth strategies and audience engagement.

Content Distribution & Repurposing

  • Design multi-platform content distribution strategies.
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats (video, snippets, posts, newsletters, etc.).
  • Maximize content ROI through strategic amplification and reuse.

SEO & Performance Content

  • Collaborate on SEO strategy including keyword research and content optimization.
  • Ensure content aligns with search intent and organic growth goals.
  • Work with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console for performance insights.

Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Collaborate on paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads).
  • Align organic + paid strategies to drive lead generation and ROI.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support pipeline growth.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and manage the content and social media team.
  • Allocate tasks, set clear deliverables, and ensure execution timelines.
  • Maintain content quality, consistency, and performance standards.
  • Mentor team members and build strong creative and execution capabilities.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and optimize key metrics:
  • Engagement rate
  • Reach & impressions
  • Follower growth
  • Website traffic
  • Lead conversion
  • Build dashboards and provide clear insights to leadership.
  • Continuously improve strategy based on data and performance trends.

Content Systems & Process Building

  • Build and maintain content frameworks, SOPs, templates, and style guides.
  • Create scalable workflows for content planning, execution, review, and publishing.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and repeatable content systems.

Gen-AI Enabled Content & Workflow

  • Use Gen-AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for:
  • Content ideation and writing
  • Campaign planning
  • Caption and tone optimization
  • Content calendars and workflows
  • Performance insights and experimentation
  • Stay updated with latest AI tools, trends, and automation workflows.

Email & Newsletter Strategy

  • Plan and execute email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Nurture audience and improve engagement through consistent communication.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, HR, and sales teams.
  • Translate business inputs into high-impact content strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between content, brand, and business goals.

  • Scheduling & Management: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end content ecosystems (social + website + SEO + distribution).
  • Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and brand communication.
  • Hands-on experience in content writing, editing, and campaign execution.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms and performance optimization.
  • Experience leading teams and managing content workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive decisions from data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and reporting tools.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Gen-AI tools and modern content workflows.
