As a Content Marketing Associate within our Private Bank team, you will set and improve content objectives and ensure consistent execution across channels. You will manage multiple workstreams, uphold brand and quality standards, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and use performance insights to continuously improve the user experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create endtoend launch materials with SMEs, including pitchbooks, solution sheets, and email copy.
  • Build and maintain product webpages, drafting audiencespecific copy and publishing with design/UX and technology.
  • Refresh and optimize collateral to reflect product changes, positioning updates, and compliance feedback.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals across global stakeholders, including legal/compliance, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage multiple workstreams with strong prioritization to drive launches and BAU updates forward.
  • Maintain content quality, brand standards, version control, writing style, and accessibility considerations.
  • Support optimization by partnering with analytics and channel owners to assess performance and recommend improvements.
  • Build trusted relationships with onshore partners via clear communication, proactive updates, and risk mitigation.
  • Optimize content for SEO and GEO targeting to improve discoverability and engagement.
  • Ensure accessibility and regulatory compliance across web and collateral in partnership with legal/compliance.
  • Report performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders to enable continuous content improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • At least 5 years of content or product marketing experience within financial services.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills ability to translate complex product details into clear, clientfriendly language.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with global stakeholders across time zones.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word comfort working within structured review/approval processes.
  • Handson experience with web content publishing and content operations tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com).
  • Experience with analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting product launches and maintaining product content libraries across channels.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or similar) and onpage best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word,).
  • Experience working in regulated industries with formal review and approval processes.
