Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Content Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the retail or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.


Key responsibilities :-

  • Should be up to date on popular culture and trends through social media, offline, and digital channels.
  • Measure ongoing campaigns and Apply data-driven insights to future content strategies.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product and offerings to be able to translate complex information into simple yet comprehensive and engaging content.
  • Implement the content and SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts, to gather information and insights for content creation.
  • Lead the creation of thought leadership content that establishes Organic Mandya as an industry authority and provides valuable insights to our audience.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, competitors, and target audiences to generate insightful and data-driven content. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to deliver fresh and relevant content.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a content marketing manager in the retail and SaaS space preferred.
  • Bachelor/Master of Fine Arts, Marketing, Journalism or relevant field.
  • Strategic and creative thinking.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio of past work and writing samples with metrics on performance
  • Exceptional writing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Familiarity with content management, analysis, and collaboration tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, WordPress, etc.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and topics in the tech industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software.
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements.
  • Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Expertise in social media platforms.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
