Job Description

We're looking for someone who doesn't just do content, but lives and breathes it. Someone who can look at a blank page or a trending reel and immediately think of 5 ways to make it click. Strategy, execution, and distribution, you should be as comfortable brainstorming bold ideas as you are rolling up your sleeves to write, edit, shoot, or publish.

Responsibilities

  • Own content end-to-end: strategy execution, distribution analysis.
  • Drive campaigns across social, YouTube, Insta, email, and wherever else our audience lives.
  • Repurpose long-form into short-form magic (threads, reels, carousels, shorts).
  • Play with hooks, headlines, and formats until they work.
  • Maintain and improve Airtribe's content language, fresh, smart, and human.
  • Track what's performing and double down on it.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in content/social marketing (startups, agencies, or brands where content was the core driver of growth).
  • A writer at heart, but curious about design, video, and everything in between.
  • Obsessed with how algorithms behave and why content pops (or flops).
  • Knows the difference between views and impact and chases the latter.
  • The type who spots a trend on X and Instagram before it hits LinkedIn.
  • Brings energy, ownership, and a bias for making things happen.
