About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Content Marketer who can own strategy, execution, and outcomes end-to-end. This is a high-impact role where you will define content direction, lead multi-channel campaigns, experiment with AI-led content models, and mentor team members — all with one goal: getting more demand, more eyeballs, and more revenue-aligned content out the door.
What You'll Do
• Own content projects and campaigns end-to-end — from ideation and storytelling to publishing, distribution, and performance tracking.
• Lead the creation of high-quality content across formats: SEO blogs, demand-gen assets, product narratives, emails, landing pages, videos, and campaign scripts.
• Develop and execute SEO and AI-SEO strategies, ensuring we rank for high-intent, competitive keywords.
• Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc., to drive insights, opportunities, and growth.
• Work closely with product, demand-gen, design, and sales to create content aligned with funnels and campaign goals.
• Continuously experiment with fun, innovative, eye-catching content formats to drive awareness and demand.
• Keep a strong pulse on LLM optimization, generative AI workflows, and emerging content tech.
What We're Looking For
• 2-5 years of hands-on B2B SaaS content experience.
• Proven track record of owning content projects end-to-end with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong command over SEO strategy, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
• Fluency with SEO and analytics tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, GA, etc.
• Deep understanding of how content drives demand, pipeline, and revenue.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
• Strong expertise in narrative building, product storytelling, and writing for different stages of the funnel.
• Comfort working with AI tools, content automation workflows, and LLM-driven optimization strategies.
