Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in managing and executing digital marketing, with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Digital marketing, including team handling clients across industries such as Healthcare, Real Estate, Personal Branding, and E-commerce.

The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking combined with deep execution experience in performance marketing, especially in generating high-value leads and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive high-quality lead generation campaigns, particularly for high-value sectors like real estate and healthcare.
  • Manage campaign strategy, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-conversion ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Handle end-to-end execution of digital campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, AI tools, and new digital marketing trends.
