Full Stack Trainer

We are hiring for the role of Master Trainer (Full Stack Development). This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about teaching and have strong hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs for diverse learners including students and working professionals. The role involves conducting classroom, online, and workshop-based sessions, along with mentoring learners on real-time projects.

The trainer will work on technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, MySQL, and MongoDB, along with tools like Git, WordPress, and deployment platforms. Knowledge of UI/UX (Figma), SEO, and software engineering concepts will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering instructor-led training sessions (offline/online)
• Developing curriculum, presentations, and hands-on lab exercises
• Mentoring students and evaluating their performance
• Creating interactive and practical learning experiences
• Staying updated with the latest full-stack technologies
• Managing training reports, feedback, and progress tracking

We are looking for candidates with:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development and Training
• Strong knowledge of Python, React, Node.js, databases, and web technologies
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Willingness to travel for training sessions and workshops
