We are looking for a Business Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role drives the design and execution of high-impact initiatives across AiDASH's R& D and internal operations. You will own critical work streams at the intersection of analytics, strategy & operations, and strategic executionworking directly with senior leadership across R& D, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to architect scalable solutions that improve cost efficiency, delivery timelines, and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives across business functions to identify root causes, structure complex problems, and drive solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Own end-to-end analytical frameworks, including portfolio health tracking, delivery metrics, operational KPIs, and executive dashboards that inform C-suite decision-making.
- Drive process transformation by designing and implementing efficiency improvements that reduce cost, accelerate throughput, and enhance customer delivery quality.
- Architect data-driven solutions using advanced analytics, GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor), and visualisation platforms (Power BI, Tableau) to automate workflows and deliver insights at scale.
- Influence senior stakeholders by translating complex analytical findings into crisp, actionable strategic recommendations and executive communications.
- Champion innovation by identifying and piloting new methodologies, tools, and approaches that create competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or process excellence roles with a demonstrated track record of driving business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science) from a Tier-1 institution (IIT, NIT, BITS, etc. )
- Proven analytical rigour: Expert problem-structuring abilities and experience building sophisticated analytical models that drive strategic decisions.
- Advanced technical proficiency: Strong command of SQL, Python/R, and Excel; experience building scalable dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
- Strategic communication: Demonstrated ability to distil complex analyses into executive-ready insights and influence senior leadership decisions.
- Stakeholder management: Experience managing relationships with C-suite and senior functional leaders.
- Self-directed execution: Proven ability to independently scope work, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion in ambiguous environments.
