We're Hiring | Instagram Content Manager & Strategist (India)

Location: India (Creator Ecosystem)

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, creator-focused brand looking for a highly driven Content Manager and Strategist to take their Instagram presence to the next level.

This is not a posting role.

This is an ownership role.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a high-potential Instagram page—from content ideation to execution and performance. This includes creating original content, collaborating with creators, and shaping the overall growth strategy. You may also support the planning and management of creator-focused events and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full content lifecycle: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing

• Develop and execute a clear growth strategy aligned with the brand's niche

• Identify and act on trends within the creator ecosystem

• Collaborate with and manage creators to produce consistent, high-quality content

• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy

• Maintain and evolve the brand voice

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of creator events and community activations

You're a Strong Fit If You:

• Have experience growing an Instagram page from the ground up

• Have worked with a brand, agency, or media company

• Are a full-stack creator (scripting, shooting, editing)

• Can manage and direct other creators effectively

• Have a strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem

• Are data-driven and intentional with content decisions
