We're Hiring: Content Manager + Studio Manager (Full-Time)
CTC: INR 20,000 - INR 25,000 /month
Location: Oatmilk Social Studio, Mohali/Chandigarh
Oatmilk Social is looking for a creative and highly organized individual to manage both our studio operations and content ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves content creation and can also handle day-to-day studio management smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Content & Social Media
Plan, create and manage content for Oatmilk Social and client brands
Edit videos, reels, short-form content & basic graphics
Strategize monthly content calendars and growth ideas
Come up with engaging content concepts & trends
Manage posting schedules and brand consistency
Collaborate with creators & clients during shoots
Key Responsibilities Studio Management
Manage daily studio bookings & shoot schedules
Coordinate shoots happening at the studio
Capture BTS content during shoots
Ensure studio is clean, organized & shoot-ready
Handle basic client coordination & on-ground execution
Maintain equipment and studio setup flow
Ideal Candidate Should Have
Experience in content creation & editing (Reels/Short-form preferred)
Good understanding of social media trends & brand content
Strong organizational & multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a studio environment
Creative mindset + execution-focused attitude
Bonus (Good to Have)
Photography/videography basics
Social media growth experience
Brand strategy understanding
- Canva / Premiere Pro / CapCut skills
