We are building a digital-first brand focused on thoughtful design, beautiful homes, and elevated everyday living.

Our social media is where the brand truly comes alive through styling, storytelling, and visual content.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating content as much as managing social media.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role combining social media management and content creation.

You will help plan content, shoot content, appear in content when needed, and manage the brand's social platforms.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Visually sharp
  • Comfortable shooting content
  • Confident in front of the camera when needed
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Interested in design, dcor, and aesthetics

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars
  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other relevant platforms
  • Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone
  • Manage comments, DMs and community interaction

2. Content Creation (Major Part of the Role)

  • Shoot lifestyle content for products (table setups, home styling, dcor moments)
  • Create Instagram reels and short-form video content
  • Assist with styling and directing shoots
  • Occasionally appear in brand videos when required
  • Coordinate with photographers and creative teams

3. Social Media Advertising

  • Run basic post boosts and awareness campaigns
  • Assist in audience targeting for visibility
  • Monitor reach, engagement and performance
  • Support seasonal campaigns and product launches

4. Creative Design

  • Create posts, stories, reels covers and basic creatives
  • Work with Canva / Adobe tools to design content
  • Maintain visual consistency across posts
  • Ensure the brand aesthetic remains premium and design-led

5. Performance Tracking

  • Track engagement and growth metrics
  • Monitor boosted post performance
  • Identify high-performing content formats.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 12 years experience managing social media pages
  • Strong interest in content creation and visual storytelling
  • Comfortable shooting photos and videos on phone/camera
  • Canva or Adobe knowledge (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of Instagram and short-form video trends
  • Good organisational and communication skills

Experience in home dcor, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or D2C brands is a plus.
