What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. A process to discover what content already exists and how content is planned, created, approved, produced, and maintained. Includes the tasks by which insights and business/customer requirements are driven from research, competition reviews, stakeholder interviews and analysis of customer engagement drivers to identify gaps and offer differentiating and innovative solutions.
What are we looking for Education qualification: Graduate Degree
- Role Specific Experience: 1 to 2 years of Content Management Experience in International BPO Knowledge of HTML, HTML generation tools, MS Office (Excel Macros, Java Script not required but nice to have)
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Web site/portal management and maintenance Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Update portal content to meet agreed timelines or best practice turnaround guidelines a. Format content per client/Accenture style guide and request (bold, italics, bullet, font type, font color, font size) b. Upload and maintain various content types/formats (HTML pages, embedded images/links, and attachments such as PDF, audio, video, XLS, etc.) c. Place the content in the appropriate section(s) of the portal per client request; understand Accenture best practices and identify gaps in placement requirements and suggest improvements if relevant d. Create and maintain links to/between the various sections and pages of the portal 2. For each request, look for any/all affected changes beyond the specific items requested, and if found, suggest improvements to QA and/or Team Lead 3. Understand client content management processes and goals, actively look for gaps and improvement opportunities in client content requests, and suggest ideas and improvements to QA and/or Team Lead 4. Test and confirm all work is accurate and complete 5. Help Accenture leadership manage risk and avoid delays by identifying blockers and immediately request help/ escalate issues to QA and/or Team Lead 6. Track work/issue status per guidelines and proactively contribute to overall team Project Management goals and timelines 7.
