About the RoleWe're looking for a Content Lead to take ownership of how Halftone and our brands show up online.
This role blends creative direction, strategy, and hands-on production. You'll be responsible for writing, scripting, and producing high-performing content for both brand and client campaigns.
You'll- Build and execute the content strategy for Halftone Labs's brands
- Write, direct, and produce creative assets for ads, campaigns, and social
- Develop ideas that connect culture, music, and storytelling
- Oversee end-to-end content production from concept to post
- Work with the design and performance teams to refine creatives using data and insights
Responsibilities- Plan and manage content calendars across drops, launches, and partnerships
- Script and produce short-form video content and paid ad creatives
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve creative output
- Maintain consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms
- Stay ahead of content and music trends to keep our brands relevant and original
About You- 13 years of experience in content creation, creative strategy, or marketing
- A background in writing, visual storytelling, and campaign thinking
- Hands-on with creative tools and comfortable working in production environments
- Understands what drives performance on social and paid platforms
- Passionate about music, design, and internet culture
- Thrives in a fast-moving, independent startup environment
