Lead and govern the brand's content vision and storytelling framework, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all video-led communication.
Bring proven experience of having developed multiple TVCs and large-format brand films in earlier roles, with strong understanding of what works across media and audiences.
Act as the internal authority on content and media production, providing expert guidance on scripts, storyboards, production quality, and output evaluation.
Demonstrate strong understanding of media buying and distribution, including how content is consumed across TV, digital, social, and emerging platformsand how creative must adapt.
Own content quality KPIs, including storytelling effectiveness, production excellence, platform suitability, and long-term brand recall (not just output volume).
Exhibit exceptional writing and narrative skills, with the ability to shape scripts, brand films, influencer narratives, and high-impact storytelling briefs.
Work hands-on when required, reviewing, refining, and elevating contentwithout being the primary execution owner.
Partner closely with agencies, production houses, media teams, and internal stakeholders, challenging work on craft, clarity, and effectiveness.
