Job Description
We are looking for a
Content Lead to drive our content strategy and execution across digital platforms. This role requires a blend of strong writing skills, SEO expertise (including emerging AI-driven SEO/GEO), and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, high-impact content.
You will work closely with marketing and engineering teams to create content that builds brand authority, drives organic growth, and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the content strategy across website, blog, and marketing channels
- Create and oversee high-quality long-form and short-form content (blogs, landing pages, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, etc.)
- Collaborate with technical teams to research and produce accurate, insightful content on engineering topics
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, SEO goals, and brand messaging
- Optimize content for SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search experiences
- Manage and maintain content calendars and publishing pipelines
- Analyze content performance and continuously optimize for engagement and conversions
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms
- Mentor or lead a small team of content writers (preferred)
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in content writing/content marketing
- Proven experience in writing website content and technical content
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization
- Familiarity with GEO/AI SEO trends and evolving search ecosystems
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write for different formats and audiences
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering)
- Ability to research and understand technical topics quickly
- Strong editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
- Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience in a tech/product company or agency
- Familiarity with developer ecosystems (React, Flutter, etc.)
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (GA, Search Console, etc.)
