Job Title: E-Learning Content Designer
Location: Noida-HO
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules based on the content provided by the content writer
- Convert raw content into visually engaging, easy-to-understand digital learning experiences
- Create SCORM-compliant courses for LMS deployment
- Use tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and similar platforms to build modules
- Work closely with the L&D and content team to understand learning objectives and design requirements
- Ensure all learning modules are user-friendly, interactive, and aligned to business needs
- Incorporate assessments, quizzes, and interactive elements to improve learner engagement
- Leverage AI tools (like NotebookLM, Claude, etc.) to enhance design efficiency and creativity
- Continuously improve designs based on feedback and learner experience
Who We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of experience in e-learning or content design within an L&D setup
- Prior experience working with L&D / training teams is a must
- Strong understanding of instructional design basics and learner behavior
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SCORM creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
- Strong visual design and content structuring skills
- Familiarity with AI tools like NotebookLM, Claude, or similar tools
- Ability to convert static content into engaging digital learning
- Good communication and collaboration skills
