General Summary
In collaboration with subject matter experts, develop high-quality technical training materials for use in training courses, short-form content and a variety of technical content geared towards engineers and business professionals, with keen attention to quality and engaging learning experience.
Knowledge And Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and developing a broad array of technical training and development programs for a workforce encompassing engineering, business, IT and other technical professionals.
- Robust practical knowledge of Instructional Design Methodologies and Adult Learning Theory.
- Demonstrable prior leadership experience: proven track record to successfully lead a team and drive a variety of projects to completion in a dynamic work environment.
- Superb organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks in a systematic, process-oriented manner.
- Ability to work with and get basic understanding of highly technical content spanning multiple domains such as Artificial Intelligence, wireless technologies, IoT etc.
- Prior experience or demonstrable ability to work with a variety of AI tools applicable to learning environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Uncompromising approach towards content quality, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Experience in developing and managing self-paced online training using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Camtasia are a plus
- Prior experience in developing short-form educational/ training content is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related fields
- A bachelor's/ master's degree in engineering/ technology fields
- 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the technology industry
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to be available for online work meetings according to US time zones
- Ability to provide prior work samples is a plus
