Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and creative In-House Content Creator who can independently plan, shoot, appear in, and edit videos for our brand. The ideal candidate should be comfortable being on camera, creating engaging video content, and handling the complete content creation process from idea to final edit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create videos independently from start to finish.
• Appear in videos as the face/on-camera talent when required.
• Plan video ideas, concepts, hooks, and basic scripts.
• Shoot in-house videos using a phone/camera with proper framing, lighting, and audio.
• Edit videos with captions, music, transitions, effects, and basic graphics.
• Create short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes videos, product videos, promotional videos, and trend-based content.
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
• Work with the marketing/social media team to create content as per brand requirements.
• Ensure all videos match the brand's tone, style, and quality standards.
• Manage and organize raw footage, edited videos, and content files.

Requirements:

• Experience in content creation, video shooting, and video editing.
• Must be comfortable appearing and speaking in videos.
• Ability to create videos independently without needing a separate actor, videographer, or editor.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
• Knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of camera/mobile shooting, lighting, audio, and framing.
• Creative mindset with confidence on camera.
• Ability to work full-time from office/in-house.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience as a content creator, influencer, video creator, or social media creator.
• Ability to write simple scripts and hooks for videos.
• Understanding of trending audios, captions, and viral video formats.
• Basic graphic design or thumbnail creation skills.
