About the Role
We're looking for a creative and passionate Digital Content Creator to join our Learning & Development team and transform training concepts into engaging digital learning content.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging digital learning content, including training videos, micro-learning modules, animations, and interactive presentations.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for employee learning and communication initiatives.
- Design visually appealing training materials using Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Collaborate with L&D and business teams to understand training requirements and convert them into impactful learning content.
- Develop creative storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for training programs.
- Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and learning quality across all digital content.
- Stay updated with the latest digital learning trends, AI tools, and content creation technologies to enhance learner engagement.
- Manage multiple content development projects while meeting defined timelines.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Content Creation, Video Editing, or Learning Content Development.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar video editing and design tools, MS Office.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, graphic design principles, and content presentation.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design or corporate training content will be an added advantage.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
