Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to develop engaging content that strengthens haeywa's brand presence and drives audience engagement.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in content writing, social media management, basic graphic creation, and video content development. You will be responsible for creating content across multiple platforms and helping position haeywa as a thought leader in the fintech and corporate expense management space.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant social media platforms.

Write blogs, articles, case studies, customer success stories, newsletters, and website content.

Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Research industry trends and create relevant content around fintech, payments, expense management, and SaaS.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow haeywa's social media presence across platforms.

Schedule and publish content regularly.

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community interactions.

Track social media performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Creative & Video Content

Design social media creatives using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.

Create short-form videos, reels, product explainers, employee spotlights, and event highlights.

Coordinate with external designers, videographers, or agencies when required.

Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach.

Brand & Marketing Support

Support performance marketing campaigns by creating ad copies and campaign creatives.

Assist in creating sales presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, and email campaigns.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.

Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools.

Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar platforms.

Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a startup, SaaS, fintech, or technology company.

Familiarity with LinkedIn content marketing and B2B audience engagement.

Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.

Experience creating short-form video content for social media.
