We are looking for a creative and self-driven Content Creator / Producer to ideate, shoot, and edit engaging digital content. This role requires strong storytelling skills, hands-on execution, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality, social-first videos aligned with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate, conceptualize, and develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand goals and communication strategies.
- Independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality digital content using mobile and other available tools.
- Produce videos across multiple formats, including Reels, Shorts, social-first films, and other digital assets.
- Handle end-to-end executionfrom pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
- Ensure strong visual quality, storytelling consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats.
- Manage timelines efficiently and deliver content within defined deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams when required while maintaining ownership of assigned projects.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in content creation and video production
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, audience engagement, and social media platforms.
- Proven hands-on experience with mobile/phone-based shooting.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing tools and software.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
