Role Overview :

The Pant Project is looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Creator / Producer who can conceptualize, shoot, and deliver engaging digital content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms. This role requires strong understanding of fashion storytelling, social media trends, and performance-led content in a D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, conceptualize, and produce content for Instagram, YouTube, website, and paid ads Create short-form video content including reels, product videos, styling videos, and behind-the-scenes shoots.
• Coordinate and manage content shoots including models, locations, and production timelines Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to align content with campaign goals Ensure all content follows brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling guidelines Edit and deliver content optimized for each platform's format and algorithm Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media content
• Experience working with D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Hands-on experience in shooting and editing (mobile and camera-based production)
• Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content trends.
