Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive & Content Creator based in Mumbai. In this role, you will manage and enhance Arham Foods social media presence by creating high-quality content, engaging with our online community, and executing result-driven social media strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing social media calendars, creating visually appealing posts, campaigns, and stories, tracking social media performance, and staying updated on current trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you will play a critical role in shaping Arham Foods digital-first presence and storytelling journey.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Digital Strategy
  • Proficiency in tools for Visual Content Creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and creative problem-solving
  • Strong understanding of Advertising, Copywriting, and creating compelling Campaigns
  • Familiarity with Social Media Analytics and ability to track, report, and optimize performance
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry and food trends is a strong advantage
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred

What We're Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably food/lifestyle brands)
  • Strong skills in reel creation & video editing (mobile + basic tools like CapCut, VN, Canva etc.)
  • Confidence in voice-over/dubbing for videos
  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of Instagram trends & algorithms
  • Ability to think fast and execute even faster
  • Passion for food content is a big plus
