Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualisation & Ideation
- Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Translate marketing briefs into engaging video and static concepts.
- Content Production (Video & Static)
- Shoot, edit, and produce Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts/long-form videos.
- Design static creatives, carousels, and thumbnails for social platforms.
- Ensure content is platform-optimized and on-brand.
- End-to-End Execution
- Own the production pipeline — from scripting/storyboarding to filming and final edits.
- Manage timelines and deliverables while collaborating with designers, copywriters, and social media managers.
- Trend Spotting & Innovation
- Stay updated on Instagram and YouTube trends, formats, and features.
- Proactively experiment with new content styles and formats.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance of content pieces across channels.
- Recommend creative improvements based on engagement, reach, and conversion insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation for digital platforms (internships/freelance projects also count).
- Strong proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects) and design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
- Hands-on experience with shooting using DSLR/phone cameras and basic lighting setups.
- Knowledge of social media best practices (Instagram, YouTube) and understanding of platform algorithms.
Skills & Attributes
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense for visuals, music, and design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera (optional, but a plus).
