Location: Gurugram, Sector-67
Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Working days: Monday to Friday (WFO) and Saturday (WFH)
Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in D2C, Beauty, or Creator-focused brands)

Role Objective:
Own and execute high-performing video creatives for Meta (Instagram & Facebook Ads) that drive CTR, ATC, and ROAS — not just views.
What You'll do:
1. Content Production
- Create UGC-style videos, product explainers, and trend-led content
- Shoot both lo-fi (native) and high-conversion ad creatives
- Be comfortable behind and/or in front of the camera
2. Creative Strategy & Testing
- Develop multiple hooks, angles, and formats for the same product
- Work closely with the growth team to test and iterate creatives weekly
- Understand what's working and double down on winning formats
3. Performance Optimization
- Analyse ad performance (CTR, hooks, retention, conversions)
- Continuously refine creatives based on data, not assumptions
4. Trend & Platform Understanding
- Stay updated with Reels trends, ad formats, and competitor creatives
- Translate trends into conversion-focused content, not just viral content
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketing, brand, and design teams
- Ensure fast turnaround and alignment with campaign goals
What We are Looking for:
- 1–2 years in content creation, preferably performance-led
- Strong understanding of short-form video (Reels, Meta Ads, UGC)
- Hands-on with CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Clear understanding of hooks, CTAs, and storytelling for conversion
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines independently
- Bonus: Interest in skincare / beauty / D2C brands
