Role Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in paid media and Quick Commerce marketing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and Quick Commerce marketplaces (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, etc.).
This role demands a results-driven marketer who can balance analytical thinking with creative execution to deliver measurable performance outcomes across multiple digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).
- Drive campaigns for product visibility, conversions, and sales uplift across eCommerce and Q-Commerce platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Looker Studio, Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools; provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and client servicing teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign synergy.
- Monitor budget pacing, bids, and performance trends, ensuring cost efficiency and goal achievement.
- Stay updated on Quick Commerce trends, category dynamics, and platform algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and client presentations with measurable KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or eCommerce/Quick Commerce environment.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and marketplace ad platforms like Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, and Instamart.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client campaigns with clear performance tracking and optimization.
- Deep understanding of FMCG, consumer goods, and online retail ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and client interaction skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in Quick Commerce ad management and FMCG campaign strategy.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page analytics.
