About the Role
Schbang is looking for a Content Authoring Executive to join our onsite delivery team in Delhi. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) who are comfortable executing day-to-day content updates within an enterprise CMS environment.
You will work closely with client stakeholders, senior content authors, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality content publishing across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day content authoring and updates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Create and update web pages using predefined templates and components
- Upload, manage, and update digital assets within AEM DAM
- Apply metadata, tags, and basic SEO elements (titles, descriptions, alt text)
- Follow established content workflows (authoring, review, approval, publish)
- Validate content through previews to ensure accuracy, formatting, and responsiveness
- Fix content issues identified during QA/QC reviews
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and accessibility standards
- Coordinate with senior content authors, QA, and client teams for smooth delivery
- Maintain documentation and track content changes as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in content authoring or CMS-based roles
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites) is mandatory
- Understanding of:
- AEM components and templates
- Page authoring vs asset management
- Basic AEM workflows
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (for troubleshooting layout/content issues)
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web content best practices
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Ability to work onsite at the client office in Delhi, Monday to Friday
- Good communication and coordination skills
Good to Have
- Experience with AEM DAM, Content Fragments, or Experience Fragments
- Basic awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in an agency or enterprise environment
- Exposure to content migration or large-scale content updates
