Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for website pages, product descriptions, landing pages, emails, ads, and social media
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all D2C channels and customer touch points
- Plan and manage content calendars for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with design, performance marketing, social media, and influencer teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Optimize content for SEO, CRO, and platform-specific best practices
- Write and edit high-impact copy for performance ads, email marketing, and retention campaigns
- Conduct market research, customer insight analysis, and competitor benchmarking to refine messaging
- Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Manage freelancers, agencies, or internal writers to meet content timelines and standards
- Track content performance using metrics such as engagement, CTR, and conversions
- Update and maintain content across the website, marketplaces, and marketing assets
- Support influencer and UGC campaigns with scripts, captions, and briefs
- Ensure consistency in packaging copy and offline brand communication
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve copy based on data and customer feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4-5 years of experience in content and copywriting for D2C or e-commerce brands
- Strong command over written English, grammar, and storytelling
- Proven ability to write conversion-driven copy across digital platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO and content optimization
- Experience maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
