We want someone who understands how to create compelling copy, write strong hooks, have an engaging nut graf, and create content that stands out amidst the deluge on the internet today. People with a deep abiding love for words and everything quirky will fit in well. Bonus if you are a natural storyteller who knows how to use an Oxford comma and lives on caffeine
We want people who're comfortable with writing long-form content, can research well, have an analytical bent of mind, are technology enthusiasts, and can lead teams and manage people.
Technical Skills
- Capable of conducting solid secondary research to create thought leadership content for tech articles, social media post and infographics.
- Ability to write for different mediums (videos, social media, emails, articles).
- Should be comfortable with the terminology used in the tech space (AI, ML, SaaS, etc) as well as the the finance space
- Editing skills would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop messaging frameworks and brand narratives for multiple client accounts
Write, Edit, And Refine Marketing Content Across Formats, Including
- Website and landing page copy
- Blogs, Whitepapers and Lead Magnets
- Email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Social media and paid campaign copy
- Case studies, video-scripts, one-pagers, and pitch decks
- Adapt tone, voice, and positioning for different industries, ICPs, and funnel stages
- Collaborate with account managers and strategists to align messaging with client objectives
- Review and improve existing client content for clarity, consistency, and conversion
- Ensure brand guidelines and messaging standards are followed across all deliverables
- Manage feedback loops and revisions efficiently without quality drop-offs
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in writing content, or copy preferably in an SAAS company or tech-agency environment
- Proven ability to write for multiple brands and audiences at the same time
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling feedback from internal teams and clients
- Ability to prioritize, switch context quickly, and still deliver clean work
- Bonus: Experience working with multiple CMS and CRMs
Tools And SKills
- Excellent written and editing skills
- Familiarity with content workflows, briefs, and approval processes
- Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, and campaign messaging
- Experience collaborating with designers and performance teams
