Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Analyst who brings together design craft and marketing intelligence. The title says Graphic Designer, but this role goes well beyond execution. You will be expected to understand why certain creatives perform, use data to guide your creative decisions, and iterate quickly based on real results.
You will work alongside the marketing and product teams to produce high-performing visual assets across channels, contribute to creative strategy, and play an active role in improving how PlatterHub looks, communicates, and converts.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution
- Design high-quality visual assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), performance ads (Meta and beyond), email campaigns, website and landing pages, and product marketing materials including decks, one-pagers, and case studies
- Maintain brand consistency across every output while actively experimenting with new formats, styles, and visual directions
- Work to clear briefs and tight timelines without sacrificing quality, flagging constraints early when needed
- Build and maintain a library of reusable templates and design components to accelerate turnaround across the team
Creative Strategy & Analysis
- Understand campaign objectives deeply enough to make independent creative decisions, not just execute instructions
- Analyze creative performance data including CTR, engagement rates, and conversion signals to identify what is and is not working
- Participate in structured A/B testing of creatives, treat every test as a learning opportunity, and document what you find
- Bring a point of view to creative briefs: challenge weak concepts, propose alternatives, and advocate for approaches you believe will perform better
Content and Campaign Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams on go-to-market launches, campaign planning, and content calendars
- Contribute to ideation sessions with creative concepts that are grounded in both aesthetic judgment and audience understanding
- Support the creator and content teams with visual assets that amplify influencer-led and UGC campaigns
- Help ensure visual consistency across every touchpoint where PlatterHub or its clients show up
Must-Have Skills & Traits
Non-Negotiables
- Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition with 3-5 years of industry experience
- Proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator at a minimum)
- Ability to produce polished work under time pressure in a fast-moving, execution-heavy environment
- Comfort with reviewing performance data and using it to inform creative decisions, even without a background in analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating range across at least two of the following: social content, performance ads, email, or marketing collateral

- Experience at an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, or as a content creator yourself
- Video editing skills for short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts
- Deep understanding of what makes performance marketing creatives convert, including hooks, visual hierarchy, and CTA design
- Familiarity with UGC-style content aesthetics and how they differ from polished brand creatives
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools such as After Effects or CapCut
