About the Role
The CMA is the on-ground execution backbone of NIAT's Student Engagement team. You will plan, execute, and measure Co-Curricular, Curricular, and Cultural events across partner campuses — building vibrant, student-led, tech-driven campus cultures. This is a hands-on role blending event design, operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events end-to-end — concept, SOPs, run-of-shows, logistics, on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with Facility, Campus Ops (COS/PM/BOA), Design, Branding, speakers, and student clubs.
- Drive student participation through registration, WhatsApp/Uniconnect communications, and community building.
- Manage speaker outreach, confirmations, travel, and hospitality.
- Submit post-event reports within 2 hours — photos, feedback, observations, and improvements.
- Track event KPIs, contribute to quarterly reports, and drive continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on event management, community management, or campus engagement experience.
- End-to-end ownership of at least 3–5 events (not just support roles).
- Strong written & verbal English + fluency in Telugu or Hindi (Telugu preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Event Management / Mass Comm / Business preferred).
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and event days — WFO Hyderabad.
Good to Have
- EdTech / Higher-Ed background (NxtWave, Unacademy, upGrad, PhysicsWallah, BYJU'S, Scaler, etc.).
- Experience with hackathons, AI workshops, or tech-led student events.
- Basic design (Canva/Figma) and social content creation skills.
How to Apply
Share your resume + a short note (max 150 words) on 1–2 events you've executed end-to-end. Portfolio / event documentation links welcome.
