About the Role:
We are looking for a high-agency individual to drive consultative sales for RoadVision AI across municipalities, smart cities, and infrastructure agencies in India and global markets. This is not a typical sales role — you will act as a problem-solver and advisor, helping public sector stakeholders understand and adopt AI for road monitoring, safety, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with municipalities, smart city teams, and road agencies to understand their challenges
• Lead consultative discussions on how AI-driven solutions can improve road safety, monitoring, and decision-making
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles: outreach → discovery → solutioning → pilot/trial → conversion
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with government stakeholders and partners
• Coordinate with internal product/tech teams to tailor solutions and pilot deployments
• Represent RoadVision AI in meetings, presentations, and industry forums
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to simplify complex tech into real-world value for non-technical audiences
• High ownership, persistence, and comfort working in ambiguous environments
• Interest in public sector, infrastructure, or urban transformation
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
• Internship or experience in urban development, public policy, infrastructure, or civil engineering
• Exposure to government projects, smart cities, or consulting roles
