Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Analyze and articulate business processes and decisions, with a focus on supply chain, logistics, procurement, and general operations.
  • Interview key client personnel, document findings, and analyze results to develop actionable insights.
  • Organize, document, and present information logically, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communications.
  • Develop client-ready deliverables such as business flows, business process descriptions, and program specifications.
  • Gather, interpret, and manipulate data to support assessments and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies that address client business challenges in the digital economy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic consulting in areas such as business strategy, supply chain strategy, and operations optimization, leveraging Hackett's intellectual property and benchmarks.
  • Manage and complete multiple tasks efficiently, working independently or within a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Create compelling and insightful presentations and reports that provide clients with actionable business solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges, providing tailored strategies and insights that help drive business transformation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and best practices within the firm.
  • Support business planning and strategic management initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
