Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and termination
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including service agreements, amendments, and work orders
  • Collaborate with legal, risk, tax, and business teams for contract alignment
  • Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risks in procurement agreements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, client standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain centralized contract management systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Support project teams with contract execution and approval processes
  • Conduct training sessions on contract management best practices
  • Monitor key contract performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership
  • Improve contract management processes and operational efficiency
  • Support facility management and design/construction contract governance
  • Ensure timely execution of contracts in fast-paced business environments
