Job Description

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across Fortune 500 organisations, large enterprises, midsize companies, and SMBs. You will independently design and execute your market development strategy, aligned with global business objectives.

You will be responsible for building and growing your own client and candidate ecosystem through strategic networking, targeted business development initiatives, and sustained commercial engagement. This includes identifying client needs, sourcing and evaluating talent, and presenting the most relevant candidates while advising both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, partnering closely with CHROs, CEOs, and functional leaders to understand, anticipate, and shape their human capital requirements. As a consultative business partner, you will support organisations in defining their growth plans, workforce strategy, and hiring roadmap.

Through consistent delivery, market insight, and strong stakeholder relationships, you will establish yourself as a recognised expert and reference point in your market, while driving ambitious business development and revenue growth objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will possess an MBA from a Tier1 or Tier2 institute, coupled with a strong foundation in B2B sales and commercial consulting. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in areas such as B2B sales, account management, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex client engagements.

The candidate should demonstrate:

  • Strong business development and hunting capabilities
  • Experience managing enterprise or midmarket accounts
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decisionmakers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • A resultsdriven mindset with the ability to work independently in a highgrowth, targetoriented environment
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to translate client needs into effective talent or business solutions



Prior exposure to consultative sales, staffing/recruitment, professional services, or SaaSled B2B environments will be an added advantage.
