Role Summary:

The Senior Consultant will support the Deloitte–OEM Alliance by working closely with Deloitte partners, account teams, and OEM stakeholders to drive collaboration across servers, storage, and client solution workstreams.

The role will focus on identifying and supporting joint opportunities, enabling go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and coordinating across internal and partner teams to strengthen the alliance and expand the joint pipeline. The individual is expected to bring strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and help position OEM infrastructure solutions within Deloitte-led transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Alliance Relationship Management

  • Support the execution of the Deloitte–OEM alliance strategy across servers, storage, and client solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships with OEM partner teams and internal Deloitte stakeholders.
  • Support alliance governance including leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, and initiative tracking.
  • Assist in shaping and positioning joint solutions involving servers, storage, and client platforms.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Initiatives

  • Support the development and execution of joint alliance GTM strategies across key solution areas.
  • Assist in creating joint solution narratives, presentations, and pursuit collateral.
  • Facilitate joint workshops, account planning sessions, and solution positioning activities.

Alliance Operations & Reporting

  • Work with Deloitte partners, directors, and account leaders to identify opportunities where OEM solutions can support client needs.
  • Support collaboration across Deloitte practices such as Cloud, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Technology.
  • Prepare leadership updates, opportunity dashboards, and GTM progress reports.
  • Track updates on OEM infrastructure offerings and industry developments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 3-8 years of experience in consulting, alliance management, infrastructure sales, or technology partnerships.
  • Experience working with enterprise infrastructure technologies such as servers, storage, and data center platforms.
  • Experience working with OEM partners such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, or similar infrastructure providers is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture and modernization initiatives

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
