Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Regional Sourcing & Procurement Leadership

  • Act as regional lead for APAC within the global sourcing and procurement function
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies in alignment with global and country stakeholders
  • Drive procurement initiatives across corporate real estate, facilities, and project services

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFQ, RFI, RFP, negotiation, and contracting
  • Develop procurement strategies for facilities management and office/branch projects
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, standardization, and efficiency improvements
  • Benchmark costs across sites, countries, and categories using analytical data

Vendor Management & Contract Governance

  • Manage supplier selection, onboarding, development, and performance evaluation
  • Establish and manage AMC and maintenance contracts with service providers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to ensure best commercial outcomes
  • Consolidate vendor base to achieve economies of scale and cost efficiency

Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety, HSSE, and organizational standards
  • Implement strong contract management and risk mitigation frameworks
  • Monitor supplier performance and address operational or contractual risks

Financial Management & Cost Control

  • Manage procurement budgets and monitor regional spend
  • Track and report cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives
  • Analyze expenditure patterns to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Support financial planning and forecasting for procurement operations

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with global, regional, and country procurement teams
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders across APAC region
  • Present procurement insights, performance reports, and market intelligence
  • Ensure alignment of procurement strategy with business and client objectives

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and operations
  • Introduce new sourcing ideas, market practices, and procurement innovations
  • Enhance turnaround time and streamline procurement workflows
  • Support adoption of sustainability initiatives in sourcing (circularity, renewables, etc.)

Market Intelligence & Analytics

  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support sourcing decisions
  • Track vendor capabilities, pricing trends, and emerging market solutions
  • Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making

Team & Operational Management

  • Supervise procurement teams and coordinate multi-country operations
  • Ensure smooth execution of procurement strategies across APAC regions
  • Guide teams in vendor negotiations and contract execution
