Job Description
The identified candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Cloud EPM product. The candidate will be an individual contributor, interacting with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts to integrate Oracle EPM technologies for superior business impact. The role involves collaboration with Onshore and Nearshore EPM Project teams, including transformation, implementation, roll-out, upgrades, development, and support.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, design, develop, document, and support Data Integration/Data Management using Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Implement Data Integrations for Oracle Cloud Planning modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, Strategic Modeling), FCC, ARC, and PCM applications.
- Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing associated with integrations.
- Develop technical and functional Oracle Cloud Planning admin and user documentation.
- Attend client meetings, capture key requirements, and transform them into design specifications.
- Manage project tasks independently and direct the efforts of others.
- Lead the development of deliverables that meet client and contract needs.
- Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to issues.
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Provide coaching/training to junior staff.
- Manage personal and professional development, seeking growth opportunities across EPM products.
- Lead project plans, timelines, status reports, risk, and issue logs.
- Apply Hackett's methodologies, policies, and procedures while meeting contractual obligations.
- Analyze business needs to ensure Hackett's solutions meet customer objectives.
Essential Skills
Job
- Over 6+ years of Hyperion/EPM experience in administration, design, analysis, development, and support of integrations.
- Hands-on experience implementing Hyperion (EPM) applications for enterprise needs using Data Integration/Data Management.
- Integration experience with EPM Cloud applications.
- Working knowledge of EPM Integration Agent.
- Automation of EPM jobs/processes using EPM Automate/REST APIs.
- Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other collaboration tools.
- Open to adopting new technologies.
- Oracle Cloud certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with Data Management integration with source systems like Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS, Peoplesoft, etc.
